更好的检查方式是：

每封 letter 是否有 first-hand basis？
每封 letter 是否只承担一个主要 proof job？
letter 内容是否能被 independent evidence 支撑？
多封 letter 是否避免重复夸同一个点？

Petition Letter、Proposed Endeavor、Recommendation Letters 需要讲同一个 case。

检查：

dates / roles / titles 是否一致
prong framing 是否一致
exhibit references 是否对应正确材料

prior denial / RFE / NOID
status maintenance
inconsistent records
