These Terms govern your use of TurboBe, operated by NIW Action ("TurboBe," "we," or "us"). Please read them before creating an account, uploading material, or buying a product. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What TurboBe provides
TurboBe is a self-service software platform for people exploring or preparing an EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petition. Depending on the feature available to you, it may provide educational materials, self-evaluation, resume import, case organization, evidence analysis, strategy comparison, document drafting and review, filing-form preparation, and related account or billing tools. Features can change, and some require an account, invitation, or purchase.
The Resource Center and public pages provide general information. Product analyses, recommendations, scores, drafts, checklists, and form suggestions are generated from the information available to the system; they are aids for your own review, not official determinations.
2. Immigration and legal-service boundary
NIW Action is not a law firm, and TurboBe does not provide attorney representation or create an attorney-client relationship. TurboBe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of USCIS or any government agency. Using TurboBe does not submit an application to USCIS.
Immigration law, forms, fees, filing instructions, and agency practices can change. You are responsible for checking current official requirements, reviewing every answer and document, deciding what to file, obtaining qualified legal advice when needed, and signing and submitting your own filing. No evaluation, generated text, score, or purchase guarantees eligibility, acceptance, approval, timing, or any other immigration outcome.
3. Eligibility, accounts, and access
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use TurboBe. Provide accurate account and invitation information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account, except where the law provides otherwise.
A public resume-preview flow may create a temporary account and case before formal registration; if you later claim that account, the existing case may be associated with your registered account. Access may depend on invitation codes or other eligibility controls. Do not use another person's account or try to bypass access limits.
4. Your information and materials
You retain your rights in the resumes, records, evidence, personal details, prompts, comments, and other materials you submit ("Your Materials"). You grant NIW Action a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit to service providers, and display Your Materials as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. This license lasts as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested features and meet the retention needs described in the Privacy Policy, including applicable backups and provider records.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Materials, including information about recommenders or other third parties. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share. You remain responsible for the truth, completeness, lawful use, and final review of information you provide and outputs you use.
5. AI-assisted output and review
Some TurboBe workflows use AI models, retrieval, and external sources. They can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading text, citations, scores, and suggestions. Similar inputs may produce different outputs. An output is not a verified fact merely because it appears polished or cites a source.
Review all outputs against your source documents and current government instructions before relying on them. Verify names, dates, credentials, quotations, citations, legal claims, eligibility assumptions, and consistency across forms and letters. Do not represent generated text as an independent third party's statement without that person's review and permission. You may use outputs for your own lawful NIW preparation, subject to third-party rights and these Terms.
6. Purchases, credits, and refunds
TurboBe may offer one-time digital products, bundles, or usage credits. Review the offer and order summary for the current price, currency, included entitlement, any discount, and any stated expiration before payment. A purchase is not a recurring subscription unless the checkout explicitly says otherwise. Credits are generally tied to the purchasing account and may be limited by product, quantity, and expiration shown at purchase; unused credits are not cash and cannot be transferred unless we expressly allow it.
Paid checkout is hosted by Square. We grant the applicable entitlement after our systems confirm successful payment. A pending checkout, failed payment, or screen return alone does not establish a completed purchase. If a price or entitlement is displayed incorrectly, contact us before using the purchase; we will address the error consistent with applicable law.
For billing errors, duplicate charges, or refund requests, email [email protected] with your order number. We review requests in light of the product delivered, usage, the payment provider's rules, and applicable consumer law. These Terms do not exclude nonwaivable refund or cancellation rights. Any special offer-specific refund terms must be shown before checkout.
7. Acceptable use
Use TurboBe lawfully and in a way that respects other users, service providers, and intellectual property rights. In particular, you may not:
- Submit false evidence, impersonate someone, or use the service to facilitate fraud or unauthorized legal practice.
- Upload malware, attempt to access another user's data, probe security controls, or interfere with the service.
- Scrape or resell substantial parts of the service or Resource Center, reverse engineer restricted components where prohibited by law, or evade rate, account, invitation, or credit limits.
- Submit third-party private or copyrighted material without the necessary authority.
8. TurboBe content and third-party sources
NIW Action and its licensors own the TurboBe platform, software, design, trademarks, and original editorial content. We give you a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the service for your own lawful purposes while these Terms apply. This does not transfer ownership of the platform or third-party source materials.
Resource Center references, external search results, linked websites, government materials, and payment services may have separate terms and rights. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
9. Availability, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, update, or discontinue features, and availability can be interrupted by maintenance, provider failures, or events outside our control. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security, suspected abuse, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Where practical, we will try to give notice and a chance to resolve an issue.
You may stop using TurboBe at any time. You can ask about account closure or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Closing an account does not automatically reverse completed purchases or require deletion of records we must retain by law. Our Privacy Policy describes data-request and retention practices.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, TurboBe is provided on an as-available basis without warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular filing outcome. Nothing here limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, NIW Action is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for our fraud or willful misconduct. You are responsible for filing choices and for reviewing all materials you submit to a government agency.
11. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice through the service or by email when required by law. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
If you have a concern about the service or a charge, contact us first at [email protected] so we can investigate. Applicable law governs any dispute; nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives your right to bring a claim where the law permits. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
