What USCIS is actually evaluating

USCIS 不看“整体观感好不好”。它是按问题拆开的：

底层 EB-2 gate 是否成立
endeavor 是否足够具体
prong 1、2、3 是否分别成立

所以任何不能自然落到这几个问题上的信号，都很容易是噪音。

哪个 route 最干净
哪个 endeavor 最具体
哪类 evidence 最能证明 broader implications

Common pitfalls

用 prestige 替代 proof。
用热度替代 national importance。
用 lack of publications 替代 full-case judgment。
在还没拆问题前，就先下结论“稳了”或“没戏了”。
