Canonical question: What should be checked in a final NIW consistency sweep before filing?

Expected output: A final consistency checklist covering names, dates, roles, endeavor wording, and exhibit labels.

TL;DR

很多 late-stage 问题不是“案子不够强”，而是：

title 前后不一致
日期对不上
机构名写了三个版本
同一 claim 的数字和角色表述飘了

这些问题会直接伤 credibility。

如果你已经准备 filing，最不该做的事就是以为 “大逻辑没问题，小地方无所谓”。

USCIS 看的是 totality。小 bug 多了，整包 record 的可信度就会掉。

What USCIS is actually evaluating

USCIS current evidence rules 看的是 record 的 credibility 和 consistency。 I-140 filing procedures 也明确要求关键数据匹配，例如 labor certification data 与 Form I-140 data 要对应。

所以 final sweep 不是洁癖，而是 eligibility record management。

What users often get wrong

以为 consistency 只是语气统一。
只检查 PL，不横向检查 RL、PE、forms、exhibits。
只看大段逻辑，不核 title、dates、labels。
把同一机构名写成多个版本。

How to judge your own case

做 final sweep 时，至少核这 6 类：

name / title / role
organization names
dates / timelines
endeavor wording
numbers / metrics
exhibit labels / cross-references

任何一类里只要存在多个版本，就不是小问题。

What good evidence / framing looks like

好的 final QA，不是重新阅读全文感受，而是用 checklist 逐项碰撞：

PE 里的 endeavor 句子是否与 PL opening 一致
RL 对你的 role 和 scope 是否与主文一致
exhibits 名称是否能一一对上正文引用
forms 中的核心识别信息是否与 supporting docs 相符

Common pitfalls

一改文案就忘了同步 exhibits。
recommender 用旧 title，主文已更新。
PE 改了 object，PL 和 RL 还停留在上一版。
labor certification / form data / petition prose 各写各的。

After reading do this

回到 /app/case、/app/case/proposed-endeavors、/app/case/recommendations、/app/case/petition，做一轮横向核对。
产出一份 final consistency checklist，不要靠记忆。
任何不一致先修 facts，再修 prose。
