Expected output: A PE failure audit identifying which sentences should be cut, narrowed, or re-anchored.

TL;DR

很多 Proposed Endeavor 失败，不是因为 ambition 不够，而是因为 object 写坏了。

最常见的坏法就四种：

• 太像职位描述
• 太宽
• 太内部
• 太抽象

Why you should read this now

如果你在 /app/case/proposed-endeavors 改了很多版，但每版都还是“不像一个可审对象”，这篇就是要先看的。

这类问题不解决，后面 evidence 越补越浪费。

Use this if

• 你已经有 PE draft，但读起来很虚。
• 你感觉自己的 PE 像 personal statement、job description 或 mission statement。
• 你想做一轮系统的 PE 自检。

Not for you if

• 你还没有任何 PE 初稿。
• 你当前真正卡的是底层 EB-2 gate。

What USCIS is actually evaluating

Officer 不是在看你未来想成为什么样的人，而是在看一个具体 endeavor：

• object 是什么
• 通过什么机制推进
• broader implications 是什么
• 你为什么能推进它

所以凡是让 object 变糊的句子，都会直接伤到 prong 1 和 prong 2。

What users often get wrong

• 把 PE 写成职责列表。
• 把 PE 写成 “I will continue to contribute to…”。
• 把 employer 内部目标直接当 national importance。
• 想显得 ambitious，于是把 scope 写到不可判断。

How to judge your own case

逐句看你的 PE，给每句打标签：

• object
• mechanism
• impact surface
• background
• empty aspiration

如果 background 和 empty aspiration 比前三类还多，你的 PE 基本还没站住。

What good evidence / framing looks like

好的 PE 会让人清楚看见：

• 你要推进的 thing 是什么
• 为什么它不只是 employer-internal task
• 它准备通过什么路径发生
• 哪些现有 facts 已经能挂上去

一句话说，PE 要让 officer 有东西可审，不是只有感觉可读。

Common pitfalls

• 用行业热词替代具体 object。
• 一个 PE 里写 3 个 endeavor。
• 把 end goal 写了很多，却没有 execution path。
• 为了显得全国重要，把原本可控的 object 写得失真。

After reading do this

1. 回到 /app/case/proposed-endeavors，逐句做一次 PE failure audit。
2. 删除所有只提供氛围、不提供 object 的句子。
3. 把 PE 压回 object + mechanism + impact surface + proof hooks。
