Prong 2 RFE 通常不是在说“你不优秀”，而是在说：

• 你和当前 endeavor 的连接还不够清楚
• 你的推进记录、计划、进展、outside support 不够

所以补救重点不是 prestige，而是 endeavor-specific traction。

Why you should read this now

很多人收到 prong 2 RFE 后，会 instinctively 补更多简历荣誉、更多泛泛推荐、更多背景介绍。

如果 officer 打的是 well positioned，这些常常不是最值钱的修复。

Use this if

• RFE 明确提到 well positioned、record of success、plan、progress、support 不足。
• 你需要做 prong 2 定向 recovery。
• 你知道 prong 1 大体没问题。

Not for you if

• RFE 核心其实是 national importance。
• 你还没先拆清楚被质疑的具体 fact。

What USCIS is actually evaluating

USCIS current guidance 对 prong 2 写得很具体：

• education、skills、knowledge
• record of success in related or similar efforts
• detailed proposal or plan
• progress toward the endeavor
• customer / user / investor / other entity interest

Officer 不是在审“简历亮不亮”，而是在审这些因素是否真的能支持未来推进。
